Today you are celebrating the commencement of the New Year. But, in fact, you should treat every moment as the beginning of a New Year. Many people are worried as to what changes would the New Year bring in the social, political and economic fields. Any change, if it were to take place, will not wait for the arrival of the New Year. In fact, many changes are taking place from moment to moment. You may wonder as to what are the big changes that would take place in this New Year. Whatever happened in the previous year would take place this year also. One need not be worried about these things. You should be worried that there is no transformation in your heart though years have rolled by. You have to get rid of your evil thoughts, words and deeds. You should celebrate the arrival of New Year by inculcating noble and divine feelings. Heute feiert ihr den Beginn des neuen Jahres. Aber in Wirklichkeit solltet ihr jeden Moment als den Beginn eines neuen Jahres betrachten. Viele Menschen sind besorgt darüber, welche Veränderungen das neue Jahr im sozialen, politischen und wirtschaftlichen Bereich bringen wird. Jede Veränderung, wenn sie denn eintreten sollte, wird nicht auf die Ankunft des neuen Jahres warten. In der Tat finden viele Veränderungen von einem Moment zum anderen statt. Ihr fragt euch vielleicht, was die großen Veränderungen sind, die in diesem neuen Jahr stattfinden werden. Was auch immer im letzten Jahr geschehen ist, wird auch in diesem Jahr stattfinden. Über diese Dinge braucht man sich keine Sorgen zu machen. Ihr solltet euch Sorgen machen, dass es keine Veränderung in eurem Herzen gibt, obwohl die Jahre vergangen sind. Ihr müsst euch von euren schlechten Gedanken, Worten und Taten befreien. Ihr solltet die Ankunft des neuen Jahres feiern, indem ihr euch edle und göttliche Gefühle einimpft.
