Man aspires for bliss, but how can he attain it? Where there is faith, there is love. Where there is love, there is peace. Where there is peace, there is truth. Where there is truth, there is God. Where there is God, there is bliss. The path of spirituality starts with faith and ends with bliss. Bliss cannot be obtained from materialistic pleasures or people of the world. It can be experienced only when the five senses are put to proper use. Today, man reads sacred books to attain bliss, but all these books have their own limitations. One cannot get infinite bliss by studying the scriptures. One must study an ‘infinite book’ in order to experience infinite bliss. This world itself is an infinite book. There are so many things to be learnt from this world. Who are your friends? Not your classmates or roommates. Only God is your true and eternal friend. It is only with the help of this friend that you will be able to study the infinite book, the world. – Divine Discourse, May 30, 1999

Der Mensch strebt nach Glückseligkeit, aber wie kann er sie erlangen? Wo Glaube ist, da ist auch Liebe. Wo Liebe ist, da ist Frieden. Wo Frieden ist, da ist Wahrheit. Wo Wahrheit ist, da ist Gott. Wo Gott ist, da ist Glückseligkeit. Der Weg der Spiritualität beginnt mit Glauben und endet mit Glückseligkeit. Glückseligkeit kann nicht durch materialistische Vergnügen oder die Menschen der Welt erlangt werden. Sie kann nur erfahren werden, wenn die fünf Sinne richtig eingesetzt werden. Heute liest der Mensch heilige Bücher, um Glückseligkeit zu erlangen, aber alle diese Bücher haben ihre eigenen Grenzen. Man kann keine unendliche Glückseligkeit durch das Studium der Schriften erlangen. Man muss ein „unendliches Buch“ studieren, um unendliche Glückseligkeit zu erfahren. Diese Welt selbst ist ein unendliches Buch. Es gibt so viele Dinge, die man aus dieser Welt lernen kann. Wer sind eure Freunde? Nicht eure Klassenkameraden oder Mitbewohner. Nur Gott ist euer wahrer und ewiger Freund. Nur mit Hilfe dieses Freundes werdet ihr in der Lage sein, das unendliche Buch, die Welt, zu studieren.
