Leid beeinträchtigt euch, weil ihr das Gefühl habt, dass ihr Freude verdientet und nicht bekommen hättet; aber es gibt einen unparteiischen Verteiler von Freud und Leid, der euch gibt, was ihr braucht, und nicht, was ihr euch wünscht. Vielleicht braucht ihr das Stärkungsmittel der Tragödie, um euch auf den Weg der Besserung zu bringen. Der Barmherzige, der ewige, allwissende Gott weiß es am besten. Heißt die Tragödie willkommen und kämpft euch mit der Rüstung des Erinnern an das Göttliche durch. Wie alle Flüsse zum Meer eilen, so sollen auch alle eure Vorstellungen ihren Weg zu Gott finden. Das Stück ist Sein, die Rolle ist Sein Geschenk, die Zeilen sind von Ihm geschrieben, Er bestimmt die Kleidung und die Dekoration, die Geste und den Ton, den Eingang und den Ausgang. Ihr müsst eure Rolle gut spielen und Seine Anerkennung erhalten, wenn der Vorhang fällt. Verdient euch durch eure Tüchtigkeit und euren Enthusiasmus das Recht, höhere und noch höhere Rollen zu spielen – das ist der Sinn und Zweck des Lebens!

You may need the tonic of tragedy to set you on the road to recovery. The Compassionate One, the Eternal All-knowing God knows best. Welcome the tragedy and fight your way through, with the armour of the Memory Divine. As all rivers hurry towards the sea, let all your imaginings wend their way to God. The Play is His, the role is His Gift, the lines are written by Him, He decides the dress and decoration, the gesture and the tone, and the entrance and the exit. You have to act your part well and receive His approbation when the curtain falls. Earn by your efficiency and enthusiasm the right to play higher and higher roles – that is the meaning and purpose of life!
