Das Sprechen (vak) muss rigoros trainiert werden, um Geschwätz und abschweifendes Geplapper zu vermeiden. Haltet die Zunge unter Kontrolle; sprecht nicht alles aus, wozu ihr aufgefordert werdet, und reduziert diese Neigung auf ein Minimum. Schweigen wird die Batterie aufladen, und ihr könnt das durch eine längere Meditationsphase gewinnen. Seid voll reiner Liebe, dann werden eure Worte Liebe verbreiten. Sie werden süß und wohltuend sein wie Balsam für diejenigen, die leiden. Om ist die Wurzel aller Klänge in allen Welten. Die wirksamste Methode, Liebe zu kultivieren, ist das Praktizieren von Namasmarana (Erinnern des Namens). Oder, noch besser, verbringt eure Zeit in Pranavopasana (Wiederholung von Om). Om ist der Ursprung der Schöpfung; es ist die Quelle, der Unterhalt und die Kraft. Es ist das Prana (Leben) eines jeden Wesens. So wie die Luft, die durch die Schilfrohre eines Harmoniums gepresst wird, die sieben musikalischen Töne hervorbringt, ist das eine Om die Wurzel aller Töne in allen Welten. 27 November 2021 – Speech (Vak) has to be rigorously trained to avoid chatter and wandering prattle. Keep the tongue under control; don’t express all that you are prompted to say; and cut that inclination to the minimum. Silence will charge the battery and you can win it through a longer period of meditation. Be full of pure love, then your words will spread love. They will be sweet and soothing like balm to those who suffer. Om is the root of all sounds in all the worlds. The most effective method of cultivating love is to practise Namasmarana (remembrance of the Name). Or, better still, spend your time in Pranavopasana (repetition of Om). Om is the origin of Creation; it is the source, sustenance and strength. It is prana (life) of every being. Just as air forced through reeds of a harmonium produces the seven musical notes, Sa-ri-ga-ma-pa-da-ni, the one Om is at the root of all the sounds in all the worlds.
